The Rhythm & Blues is no longer what it once was, when it was promoted by Sam & Dave, Wilson Pickett, James Brown and Aretha Franklin’s, a more rhythmic and relentless version of blues, very closed to the sound of jazz and with the Jax section insisting on a few obsessive notes in the background.

Today R&B means to be a step away from rap and  hip hop music, and climbing up the charts.

As with Jason Derulo, whose qualities are not lacking, who has topped the single charts with “In My Head” and “Whatcha Say” (2009).

They can give you a huge energy boost and very likely many football players we usually see getting off their coach before the match are listening to one of their song on their headphones.

In 2010 Derulo is back again with two new songs like “Ridin’Solo” and “What If”, bound to be rip the charts again.

Born in Miami from Haitian parents on 21/09/1989, Jason is a Virgo with the Sun in conjunction to Mars in Libra, all in square to Uranus in Capricorn. Positions of deep toughness, typical of the generation born in ’88-’92 of which we have often spoken about, introverted but with strong determination and burning ambition. Saturn, Neptune and in fact Uranus are in Capricorn, with Pluto in Scorpio which in Jason’s topic is joining to Venus, just to give a touch of sex appeal to a spectacular and sliding context, thanks to the Moon in Gemini.
