The truth must be told: all the critiques regarding Non è la Rai, the well-known program by Gianni Boncompagni, were to say the least, harsh and incorrect.

Thanks to this program the remarkable Ambra Angiolini and Nicole Grimaudo were discovered.

By chance she participated in the castings only because, having travelled from Caltagirone, she was in Rome visiting her sister, a university student.

She was chosen and two years later she performed in a film by Lamberto Bava.

And she hasn’t stopped since. She is on an upward climb, if we consider that her last films were Baarìa by Giuseppe Tornatore and Mine Vaganti by Ferzan Ozpetek.
