Hers is a typical case of a childhood career:  she became famous at the age of 7 in an Andrew Lloyd Webber musical, and decided that her future was in show business. She alternated between TV series and classic theater.  A lengthy training which led her to her recent successes:  two films at the Cannes Film Festival, and two at that of Venice in 2011, where she received the Gucci Award for Women in cinema, and the Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actress in 2012.
