Throughout the years he has published several CDs of ambient, electronic and experimental music titled “Emporio Armani Cafè”, divided into several volumes and produced by sound designer Matteo Ceccarini.

Armani in the cinema

In 1980 Armani designed the costumes for Richard Gere in the film American Gigolo. In 2008 he created the clothing worn by actor Christian Bale (playing Bruce Wayne) for the film The dark knight. Some of the other films he worked for were: “Phenomena” (1985), The untouchables (1987), Cadillac Man (1990) and Ransom (1996). In 1999 he produced the renowned documentary by Martin Scorsese dedicated to Italian cinema: My voyage to Italy.
