Mario Martone, who presented at the Biennale of Venice We Believed, taken from Anna Banti’s novel a movie with historical background, with Francesca Inaudi, Luigi Lo Cascio, Toni Servillo and Luca Zingaretti, it was born in Naples on November 20, 1959.

It talks about the period after the riots of 1928, harshly repressed by the Bourbons.
